RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, we are happy to accept returns or exchange it, in its original condition with proof of purchase and must be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels and that the item is undamaged and unused. Buyer to pay the return postage, the cost of the product will be refunded. Sale items are returnable within 14 days after receipt in return for a credit note.

To cancel your order you must advise us by writing to admin@tarkaashi.co.uk - All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

 

Please note: We only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items that are returned in what we consider to be an unsaleable condition.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order before its delivered to you, please notify us on admin@tarkaashi.co.uk. If the order is out for delivery already, you are required to pay the return postage for the refund to be processed in the same way as mentioned above.

 

PROCESSING REFUNDS

After the order has been delivered back to us and accepted via postage, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, shall be notified via email.
